Melanie was willing to provide potential loan details and suggestions without requiring us to fill out an online application first. I have never in my life talked to a loan person that was willing to do that.

That communication when I had a question. The follow-through on the entire process. And the response time for when I needed it during non-bankers hours definitely were taken care of very timely!

Application for loan was extremely easy, especially the ease of adding attachments over multiple days. Brian was very attentive to our needs and communicated effectively via emails, text messages and phone calls.
