Jolene was very quick to answer all of my many questions, and was always very clear. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of (at least, no more than a loan ought to).
Brenda was attentive and was determined to get me my refinance even with the struggles we faced. She went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful!
From pre-qualification in January to closing Jolene was amazing to work with. She helped eliminate alot of stress as a first time home buyer by really explaining the loan process in as much detail as she could.
Jack and Bruna were knowledgeable, helpful, VERY available and were “in my corner” throughout a difficult process.
