Friendly staff, and easy to understand the process
Dave Shepard and Logan Harrison made the mortgage and home buying experience easy and quick. They went above and beyond in helping me get my VA home loan certificate.
The communication was excellent. She went above and beyond to make this deal happen on time. She helped make this transaction smooth.
Sometimes communication was not as fast as I like. I was surprised with something unexpected at closing, but it was because of the loan structure. I never met or heard of Brandon Melgares until this survey.
