Overall pretty ggod. Did get help from Grendan advising on the various loan types avaialble. Not sure what would have made it great.

Communication between people is impoRyan's so not having to repeat information to more than one person would be nice. Also being clear with what you want someone to do or not do before the loan process is complete is important too.
