James and David were so kind and helpful during the process. James spoke with me on the phone a few times just to help me understand the process and why certain things were needed at points during the final steps.

Too much prying for all of our personal information. Constantly asking for more and more documentation on EVERYTHING! We had to address how we had so much money in one of our accounts. Our step-mother passed away and we were given an inheritance....
