George answered all of our questions through the entire process. Even when the appraisal came back lower than expected he knew exactly wat to do! George is the best!

I didn't say it was not memorable. I heard from Heith maybe 3 times via email and spoke to him twice?? His associate, Shamarie was fabulous. I think my closing costs changed twice to the tune of first 3000 then almost 5000 difference.

Great communication! Bob did a great job collecting all necessary documents from the borrower ahead of schedule and got the loan approved by underwriting with time to spare. Low stress for everyone. Also great pricing!
