Only the stuff Marie already said. The Construction extensions that we paid for were not accounted for. Marie had to spend over 30 - 80 hours getting all the details that should have been there.

More communication between construction, customer seevice, loan officer, and customer--also everyone knowing what to expect. More responsibility for the bank to get tge correct paperwork and accuracy needs to improve at all levels.

I love how George made everything easy for us. And helped us on knowing what is best for us. I highly recommend him.
