Communication!

What made it great was Heith and his team didnt make us feel alone and explain everything and he definitely gave us his word and did great with it.

They were always accessible, and helped every step of the way

Only the stuff Marie already said. The Construction extensions that we paid for were not accounted for. Marie had to spend over 30 - 80 hours getting all the details that should have been there.

More communication between construction, customer seevice, loan officer, and customer--also everyone knowing what to expect. More responsibility for the bank to get tge correct paperwork and accuracy needs to improve at all levels.
