We ran into some obstacles about a week before closing, but Jim was diligent and determined to get the information needed to overcome the obstacles and get us to the closing table. Great at communicating to myself and my client also.

We went for an FHA which fell apart due to my workplace. Micah pivoted into a conventional (which I thought was out of my league ) and informed me about it the entire way through. I don't see anyone being better than Micah, she is wonderful!...
