This one was certainly a challenge through no fault of yours!!! I am so happy we were able to work through the appraisal issues and close your loan.
A call back from a Branch Manager or a corporate manager would have been a good place to start. I called both and did not receive a response.
She was in constant contact with us on updating us and making sure we had everything needed. On top of that she referred us to a great real estate agent as well.
