Very unprofessional. Caused us to have a 60 day escrow when we were promised a 30 day escrow. She lied to our realtor on multiple occasions. If you want a nice smooth transaction, go with ANYONE other than Patty Grissom at Guild Mortgage.
Lu and her team are great people to work with , this is the second time I have worked with them , and I hope to again someday !!!
