Patty and her assistant Lorie were helpful and experienced in what they do and that was a big relief on my behalf. I am a first time homebuyer and I appreciate them for being a part of that experience.
It was a great experience because having to know Lu from my first home refinance and building that rapport made me more comfortable. In addition, having an account with Guild made the process much more easier.
