Simple process. Everything was done online. Texting or calling Mike was also an option which was helpful because I was very busy.

Underwriters that look a the loan more than 3 days ahead of time, so we can fix issues and close on time. Also, an underwriter that can read a water lab report and understand that 1 is less than 10.

Vic was extremely prompt and thorough in answering all questions I had in regards to a new home loan. He went the extra mile to help move up our closing date. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest mortgage lender!
