Take a long time to get done.
Not enough contact. I'm not sure who I was suppose to be in contact with during the process. Mortgage refinances are not my area of expertise. I was in contact with different people and did not understand what each person's role was.

Was very happy with how quickly we moved to close through the underwriting stages and very fast working through any hiccups caused by escrow or the seller of the home. As a buyer I was very impressed with how AFN handled the closing!
1. I was told I would be getting over $1000 back. At closing I was told I’m getting $500 back. I understand it was a guesstimate, but to be over $500 off is not good.2. Should find out if client will be using a fax or email from the get go....
