They kept asking for the same papers over & over again. Very slow processing with no one advising what was happening. Poor/nightmare of scheduling the closing. Which the very unusual closing process was never explained either.
To finally get the process done. Although there were a few set backs and the closing date moved twice but it got done.
I had a really difficult time understanding the delay in processing my loan. There was a stall during the underwriting process that almost jeopardized the sell. After reaching out to several people, including Nick, the process got rolling again....
