Any questions I had, you answered them with urgency and professionalism. You made this very nerve racking experience very easy. You were very easy to get in contact with and I always felt like I was a priority.
Too many phone calls at odd hours trying to win my business and then during processing. Having to provide proof of employment by talking to former company is too much especially after providing W2 and pay stubs. But everyone was friendly.
