The issue was not resolved. I was told it would be forwarded to the higher ups, no one has contacted me or emailed me with any update. The hold time to speak with a representative was extremely long.

Elizabeth has a can-do attitude and was knowledgeable and professional.

Brandon was great but the documents I requested have still not been received. He told me I would have them within the hour.
