Apparently, there is no record of this call, and the issue is not resolved. When I called back, the individual was extremely rude and did not attempt to resolve the issue. Additionally, my request for a supervisor was denied multiple times.

Well, he talked over me and then hung up on me when I was in the process of asking an additional question. I will never recommend BSI. Every time I call, I get different responses. Your staff is not knowledgeable and Bennie sucks!!!!!
