BSI does not appear to have a lot of options available for when mortgage payments can not be made on time.

Straightforward process

The young lady that assisted me was very helpful with assisting me with my payment and was very professional over the phone and was very concern with my problem. Was understanding why I was not able to make my payments. I felt she was not judgenental....

Ericka was very courteous and professional. I had called with regard to excessive (wrong) insurance fee charged to my account. Ericka told she me she would submit a work order for the problem. So far, I haven’t seen any changes to the balance...
