Everyone we spoke to said something different. I have been promised that the payment would be applied and it was not. I was told the late fee would be waived but it has not. I was told a manager would call me but no one has.

When I called I was upset because I had missed a payment. Bennie calmed me with his professionalism and we got the payment fixed. Then he talked me through how to set my auto-pay back up and offered to put in a request to dispute the late fee....
