The customer service seems to no little about the files and can barely tell you anything but she was decent and didn’t do anything wrong

Erica was rude , screaming and will not allowed me to voice anything and kept cutting me off. Very inhumane. You can’t be a customer service and be that rude and unpleasant. Have a voice like she was ready to fight everyone.

My problem was solved . I am satisfied with my answers.

First of all Marquita was very pleasant and really tried to help me. She gets a very high score 10 for all she tried to do. My low scores have to do with BSI, not Marqita. The question above asks: how we could have made your experience better?...
