You Need an Automated way of providing documents to customers. No one wants to wait 5 days to receive pay off letter. I had to put a special request in to have my request expedited. Thanks to Marlou for doing sending the letter to my lender.....

My tax exemption form had sat there n Customer service email since the 8th of Jan and nothing had been done with it nor sent to the right department. An escalation of the issue would be the minimum in my eyes.
