The representative understood why I couldn’t do something online. She handled it via telephone and waived the fee. She was very pleasant and helpful. It was such a pleasure dealing with her.

Be patient an more explicit

Be very clear about escrow check process to include when it was or will be sent out.

I did not correspond with anyone. I only sent in an email request for the mortgage note copy to be sent to my credit union. I assume it was sent but don't know yet if it was.
