she made the note on my account that I accidentally paid 2x

The issue was handled via the phone call. I had emailed twice before the call with no response so I appreciate the issue being addressed. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO REPOND TO EMAILS IT SHOULD BE AN OPTION ON THE WEBSITE!!

Mr. Graham gave me the correct answer, even though, it was not what I wanted to hear. He did his job.
