Agent does not understand loan service transfer at all, lack of knowledge. He said he would pass me to the supervisor but hang up instead.

She said not to worry that this was being taken care of . Misunderstandings and that I was not gonna lose my house as long as the payments were made after this was updated for deferral program.

I would like someone to be able to answer if I can control my escrow account. I was told I had to submit that request via email and not over the phone. They were also not able to tell me the criteria that is needed to take control of the escrow....
