I had a difficult time understanding her even after asking several times to please repeat what she was saying.

The person I spoke to on the phone had a considerable accent or sounded like they were slurring their speech. They were hard to understand and did not respond to my input with responses that made sense.

Every time I call I get a different answer to my concerns and then nobody can clearly give me help. Also I don't understand why I need 6 letters a month about foreclosure on my home when i am on a payment plan the extra money I am paying to...

Robert was very professional and new exactly what the problem was. He put in a ticket for correction and hopefully it will be resolved before the next mortgage payment is needed.
