Once I was on the phone with a person (Tamara) my question was answered promptly and properly. I prefer inte with people and would like to see puone tree AI or otherwise be eliminated

Call to make payment was quick and easy. The process flowed smoothly and accurately.

This is my second time working with Tamara and if i could have her as a permanent team member to work with I definitely would. Shes taken the stress out of dealing with some tough situations.

Representative was able to put my escrow payment towards my deficit so my mortgage payment stays the same.
