He hung up on me and was rude and completely unwilling to listen to me or to help properly! I had to call back 3 more time as ALL the MALE cs agents were that same. I was not HEARD til I got a FEMALE cs representative. 😡😡

There’s no point.

Your staff has no understanding of how to rectify a situation that BSI has caused. No one cares. It is purely not only bad service but incompetence on so many levels.
