She has zero customer service and did not listen to what I was saying and kept repeating the same canned response instead of actually trying to help and provide customer service

Erika's direction was fast and accurate she knew exactly how to walk me through the process

Customer service Is all about empathy, alway put ur self in customer place when attending to thier needs cos it could be you on the other end.
