Every call I made to get help was never realized. They said they would do something and nothing was ever followed through.

Yoranne unstood what i needed and took care of it.

Yoranne was professional and nice but did not understand my concerns. My take is that she needs more training and knowledge plus listening to the customer more closely.

Yoranne was extremly helpful and knowlegable.

Really cant stand dealing with this company at all. You guys want my hunk of junk home you can have it.
