Listened to why I was calling and the detals and fulfill my request and not assume it's just another customer paying the same way. Although she died fix her mistake it was a very stressful call and a waste of my lunch time from work.

It was short and helpful.

Desiree was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Extremely nice. She even emailed me a copy of the form showing how interest I paid.

Ericka was very knowledgeable about what I needed and gave the options clearly as well as being able to answer any of my questions.

I fine that BSI change the rules every chance you get, so know I will not recommend you to my friends or famil!!
