called to get general information. I barely remember the call. It was neither unpleasant or overly pleasant, just matter-of-fact and answered my questions.

Tamara was rude, showed no empathy, and was very vague in answering my questions. She would it give me any clear answer and I was left feeling hopeless and made no progress toward resolving my issue.

Absolutely no one follows through with their actions. This rep was supposed to call me back on 5/16, never did. I cannot access the secured document that supposedly has been sent containing my payoff. Supposedly I'm getting a mailed payoff...

It was like pulling teeth to get her assistance on my mortgage. She eventually told me to go to the website to complete a form For assistance. it is the wrong form since my mortgage is with a GSE.
