My issue was resolved

She was great but the automated phone system is difficult to get a human on, takes entirely too long and too many numbers to push to get help completely ridiculous ruined the whole situatio.

Wesbanco and BSI have been extremely combersome throughout this whole change. Your customer service has a long way to go!

We call to make house payments... sometimes you take one... sometimes you take three we called to get this addressed we were told ... we have the recording... to not use the app because it's been messed up for a while ummmmmmm what the ever...

There needs to be something in place in case someone has surgery and needs help.

Multiple calls made to resolve issue. Every payment since BSI took over my account has been made on time yet you continue to send me late notices.
