Ursula was great. But others have not been. I keep getting mixed message on my balance, as well as notifications.

I keep getting told one thing and nothing happens then I get told a supervisor will call you.... and found out today one once have they put in for a supervisor to call me!

Wait time was minimal and individual was knowledgeable
