Ashley, helped us with her excellent service and care.We knew we were in good hands as she looked out for us get us the best deal. She was also very knowledgeable and helped us with the whole process.
The timing was the biggest negative for me. This is not necessarily specific to the mortgage officer, and may be driven by the overall volume of refinances being processed
