Everything could be done online and then Steve brought the final papers to sign to our house. Very convenient.
My original survey had someone named Jeff on it. I never heard from Jeff, but Nick Scheitlin was awesome! He answered all of my questions and texts promptly, even when after business hours. I would love to work with Nick again!
