Brad was very knowledgeable about rvery aspect pf the process. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered every question I had which we numerous. He was available beyond normal business hours too!

above and beyond anything I would expect from a Loan Officer he had instant communication and worked overtime and I appreciate all of his work
