Terry and Peter worked very hard to help me meet MHDC requirements. Without this financing I would have had to have paid thousands in closing and down payment costs. Most importantly because of them, I’m in a great house in a great neighborhood....

Answered questions when asked. Signing for the house was simple and easy. Only downside is the amount of spam emails I am now receiving.
