Iluminate home loans did not provide a good and coherent transaction.I saw errors and miscommunication within the whole company. The only two good things that happened was Jason, and Jeni were nice and respectful to talk with, and we did close....

Jason and his team did all they could do to help my clients !

I was a first-time homeowner, so whenever I felt confused or lost, someone on Michael's team was available to help me and ensured that I was able to understand every step of the process.

I love working with Sam and the whole Luminate Team! They are stellar communicators and keep both sides of the transaction in the loop at all times!

Not sure this would have made it to a closing with anyone else but Jason and his team!

Sam and his team were wonderful to work with when closing on our first home. Sam is an excellent communicator and very thorough. When closing on a house, there are a lot of deadlines – Sam’s team is on top of it! Thank you! - The Bohachs
