Jason and Co. go above and beyond to make all of my transactions as smooth as possible. Even in the face of difficulties / tough situations, they're always positive and on top of it. Overall, a pleasure to work with you guys and I hope to continue...

Prompt, courteous and would like to talk more with him for other programs Luminate may offer, especially to investors. Please have him call Tori Schultz of RE/Max Lakeside and XS Management at ************. Text or call.

Helped every step of the way. They communicated everything clearly and made sure I knew where things were at during the process. Fantastic group to work with!

Excellent Communication!!!!!!

Having the videos for step by step process on what we needed to do was very nice.

From the start, Sam and Allie were so responsive and made everything so easy for us! We loved the video and market emails you provided. We did this all virtual and the entire process was, again, so simple and easy and very easy to understand!...

With Michael I never have to worry whether things will get done on time. He provides regular updates throughout the process and his team is always on top of everything. I highly recommend Michael and his team for any mortgage needs.

Sam took the time to answer in great depth all the questions my client had regarding the lending process. He was always available whenever I needed anything and has a fabulously positive attitude about any challenge. Sam is simply the best.

Well I mean it was bumpy in the middle/ending of process but we got through it! Nothing is perfect as long as the job is well done. Thank you so much Patrick!

Awesome experience helping us along and answering all questions very quickly!
