Excellent communication and timely responses to any questions, even outside of normal business hours. Took time to explain the process. Strongly recommend!

Felt like the process was very redundant. Perhaps underprepared at some junctures. I definitely enjoyed the chance to work with Jake and Tiffany, they were both great but the paperwork demands and frequency maybe could’ve been planned for better....
