Just many payment payoffs not met and closing estimate was dramatically different at closing than that of pre closing. The fact I had to mail off my own payments to creditors and it took 6 months instead of 30 days . Although Jordyn was great...

Megan was efficient & easy to work with. I had some glitches with financial info & she was patient & helpful with that. It was a positive experience.
