In our text correspondence we asked for 0 point rate. When the final paperwork came through there was 0.625 point with a charge of approximately $1900.
Otherwise was very happy.
Good communications through emails !!
Crystal went above and beyond from start to finish! She quickly respond to any concerns or questions, she was a pleasure to work with during this journey! I would definitely recommend Crystal to anyone looking to buy a home!
