Pat was rude, defensive, and attacked anyone who got on the phone with him. My clients hated him. He lost documentation, continually screwed up the disclosure numbers, and gave bs answers to defend his mistakes. He would quickly point the finger...

As a Canadian going through this process it has its challenges but Pat was great and made the experience as easy as possible. He would always get back to me within answer to my questions in a very short time. I will use him again.
