The team was very responsive and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. They were all very friendly, supportive, and respectful.
Jennie was always available and responsive to any questions throughout the entire process. She was very patient with the clients and with every step along the way, always maintaining a great attitude and a calm, supportive approach.
Additional points were added with no explanation until clarification was received at closing. Documents sent to me as the buyer wasn't sent to individuals I was dealing with.
