Josh was always professional during this process and responded promptly to my questions. He helped to make this process simple and easy.
Anna was very patient and spent a lot of time, aside from regular work hours. She was key in locking in a rate just as they were rising. Anna was on top of our loan and in constant communication with our attorney and realtor.
Donny is very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and understanding of clients needs.
The communication from and with Frank was great.
