Jeremy was highly responsive to any questions that I had. There's a lot of moving parts to a mortgage and Jeremy walked me through everything with great knowledge and confidence.

Brook was great! The law firm at closing could have used better precautions during Covid. The woman who greeted us there was not wearing a mask. There were greasy fingerprints on the table in the room where we signed.

My questions were answered clearly and I felt like I understood the process from beginning to end. I appreciated the thoroughness of the team that made the refi go through smoothly.

Ms. Smith was very pleasant and helpful in getting our refi completed. At times, she went above and beyond in her support to us and we greatly appreciated it.
