Seamless! It was a fast moving sale with contingency on a home from we relocate. They made it work!
Brook was very informative about the loan process and never failed to contact us with any questions. We would definitely use him again if the need arises.

Brook Benton and Jessica Alderman took on an emergency situation, and worked tireless around the clock so I can get my home! They wee awesome and even when I felt doubt, they never let us down and was truthful and respectful the entire time....
