Good rate, very easy process. There was a hiccup, but that was easily resolved. Very happy!

Charles was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process and made the experience a lot easier. I will definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a home and would work with him again if I ever needed to in the future.

I appreciated the high level of communication between Charles and myself during the refinance process.

Charles was very active and prudent in communication between the agent and myself throughout the whole loan process. His detail advice about the loan helped me easily make a decision.

Brandy and her team were super responsive and helpful. Questions sent via email were answered in under and hour and if I called questions were answered immediately. The dream teams customer service and responsiveness was amazing!
