Highly recommend begin closing process when contract is signed on purchase, not the last week. If that is the norm then closing should be done in the first week after purchaee agreement signed.
Jason was amazing, as he has been for me several times before. Great communication, always available when I needed him, kind, helpful, and explained everything very clearly at all times. I'm grateful for his help.
